METALFEST 2012 was great, now we march into the future with a new name. We want the name to be like the event itself, like the wonderful place where it is located, like the fans who seek the extraordinary… unique and alive: BURNING SEA
The warming sun and the splendid crimson horizon, before sun and sea unite – that’s the inspiration for its new name. The ancient, timeless burning sea itself has whispered it into our minds 
Friends, here we are presenting you our first bands for BURNING SEA 2013. We hope you will enjoy this growing number of acts as much as we will. From timeless classics of NWOBHM, like Angel Witch, to masters of Doom, like Candlemass, to fresh blood, like Cripper – We will carry on making this line-up a truckload of sheer Heavy Metal Meltdown for you.
