Metality UAE Radio – the online station created by us in August this year is back online with a vengeance and this time we are here to stay! We now have our own server and a host of DJs from both the Middle East and further afield and are getting ready to blast your ears with the best rock, metal and punk we can get our hands on from the Middle East and the globe.
We will re-launch our station this Monday 28st November with a show by our USA DJ Yousuf Hasish, here is a bit about him:
I am doing my radio Metality UAE show for the love of music, ……… can’t imagine life without it.
We support, and encourage Free Expression; Metal is the most extreme form of musical expression.
Metal of Iran & other “Islamic” lands has a unique and origional quality, due to cultural influences and the conditions that these metal warriors deal with as they engage in their music. I have noticed these, seem to have more of a stronger dedication to their art.
It is the philosophy of the show is to encourage free expression, and to encourage youth of all cultures to be dedicated to fulfilling their dreams in music & life; and not to judge their success by other people standards.
One’s personal satisfaction cannot be measured by others. Sacrifice today for the rewards of tomorrow.
The hope for the future is in the hands of the youth. - Metal ain’t easy.
